Payment & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: Covid-19
For Covid-19 related cancellations such as due to border closures, flight cancellation and positive PCR Test reports, the customer will be provided with two options:
  • Postpone the reservation to a future travel date within the same year excluding the peak weeks and black-out dates
  • Request for a refund minus any bank charges incurred by OV Holidays Pte. Ltd. Along with sufficient proof for the reason of cancellation
Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
Important Information:
Some exclusions may apply. May exclude periods with special event restrictions or peak demand weeks.
Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation to be processed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Below are the optional conditions as well as mandatory conditions for cancellations and refunds
  • Carry-forward the amount paid as credit towards any future bookings
  • Confirm the cancellation of the reservation prior to the free cancellation period of the resort booked.
  • Refunds will be processed to the payment method used to make payment. Corresponding bank transfer charges will be applied.

Payment Agreement
The table below shows the general cancellation and amendment policy that is applicable to most resorts. However, due to the diverse and unique policy of each resort, some may have stricter policies. Please check with your Destination Specialist on the actual cancellation and amendment policy of your chosen resort.
Low /Shoulder Season (May-September)
  • Confirmed bookings 46 days and more prior to arrival
  • US $1,000 Deposit
  • Remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival
Amendment & Cancellation Policy
The table below shows the general cancellation and amendment policy that is applicable to most resorts. However, due to the diverse and unique policy of each resort, some may have stricter policy. Please check with your Destination Specialist on the actual cancellation and amendment policy of your chosen resort.
Low /Shoulder Season (May-September)
  • Cancelation/ Amendment Received 45 days and more prior to arrival
  • One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee
  • Cancelation/ Amendment Received 44 to 0 days prior to arrival
  • Non- Refundable / 100% Payable
High /Peak Season (October - November / February - April)
  • Cancelation/ Amendment Received 60 days and more prior to arrival
  • One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee
  • Cancelation/ Amendment Received 59 to 0 days prior to arrival
  • Non- Refundable / 100% Payable
Festive Season (December to January)
  • Cancelation/ Amendment Received 120 days and more prior to arrival
  • One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee
  • Cancelation/ Amendment Received 119 to 0 days prior to arrival
  • Non- Refundable / 100% Payable
