The table below shows the general cancellation and amendment policy that is applicable to most resorts. However, due to the diverse and unique policy of each resort, some may have stricter policy. Low /Shoulder Season (May-September)
- Cancelation/ Amendment Received 45 days and more prior to arrival
- One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee
- Cancelation/ Amendment Received 44 to 0 days prior to arrival
- Non- Refundable / 100% Payable
High /Peak Season (October - November / February - April)
- Cancelation/ Amendment Received 60 days and more prior to arrival
- One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee
- Cancelation/ Amendment Received 59 to 0 days prior to arrival
- Non- Refundable / 100% Payable
Festive Season (December to January)
- Cancelation/ Amendment Received 120 days and more prior to arrival
- One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee
- Cancelation/ Amendment Received 119 to 0 days prior to arrival
- Non- Refundable / 100% Payable
