What Information We Collect
We collect personal information you share with us directly when you:
- Submit a planning form or voyage request
- Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or telephone
- Subscribe to voyage proposals or correspondence
- Become an OV Traveller Club member
This may include your name, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number, travel dates and preferences, group composition, and anything else you choose to share in the process of planning a voyage.
We also collect limited technical data through our website analytics — page visits, session duration, and country-level location. This helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve it. These tools only activate with your consent — see Cookies & Consent below.
How We Use Your Information
Everything we collect, we use in service of your voyage:
- Responding to your planning request
- Arranging accommodation, transfers, and services on your behalf
- Sending voyage proposals, confirmations, and pre-travel briefings
- Maintaining your relationship with your dedicated Travel Advisor
- Keeping you informed of rare availability or upcoming occasions — only where you have chosen to hear from us
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. That is not how we operate.
How We Share Your Information
We share only what is necessary to build and deliver your voyage — and only with the partners who serve it:
- Resort properties: To confirm your reservation and relay your specific requirements
- Transfer operators: To arrange seaplane, speedboat, or domestic flight connections
- TravelSys (our CRM): To manage your voyage file and advisor relationship
- Brevo (our email platform): To manage correspondence where you have opted in
Viluxur Group, as the entity contracted with resort properties and travel suppliers, has access to booking information in its capacity as the group's commercial operator. No data leaves this ecosystem for unrelated purposes.
Data Retention
We hold your data for as long as it serves a clear purpose — and no longer:
- Active client files: For the duration of your advisory relationship, plus 7 years to meet financial and legal requirements
- Enquiry records (no booking placed): Up to 2 years from your last contact
- Marketing consent records: Until you withdraw consent, reviewed annually
- Website analytics: 14 months, in line with Google Analytics 4 defaults
When the purpose is met, records are deleted.
Your Rights
You have rights over your personal data. We will honour them promptly and without friction.
Singapore (PDPA)
Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you have the right to access and correct data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for its use or disclosure, subject to reasonable notice and any legal or contractual requirements.
United Arab Emirates (PDPL)
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have rights to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data.

Cookies & Consent
When you first visit our site, you choose which categories of cookies to accept. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary runs until you decide. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
The categories are:
- Strictly necessary: Site function and consent record. Always active.
- Functional: Preference memory — region, settings. Your choice.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — how visitors use the site, in aggregate, including anonymised session and interaction analytics. Your choice.
- Advertisement: Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — campaign measurement and remarketing — together with first-party cookies that attribute an enquiry to the campaign that referred you. Your choice.
All analytics and advertising tags run through Google Tag Manager and respect Google Consent Mode. They do not load until you say so. For a full, always-current list of the specific cookies we use, open the cookie settings via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Updates to This Policy
We review this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make a material change that affects how we handle your personal data, we will let you know directly — by email if you are an active client or subscriber.
A Note on Trust
We ask for personal information because planning a voyage well requires knowing you — your preferences, your group, what matters to you. We take that responsibility seriously. The information you share with us stays within the relationships required to plan and deliver your voyage, and nowhere else.
If you have any concern about how we handle your data, write to us at [email protected]. We will respond personally.
