About OV Holidays
OV Holidays is a trading name of OV Holidays Pte Ltd, incorporated in Singapore (ACRA) and a subsidiary of Viluxur Group. Viluxur Group holds the commercial agreements with resort properties and travel suppliers. OV Holidays is the client-facing advisory brand — your one point of contact from first enquiry through to the morning after you return. OV operates through affiliated entities in the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka. The Singapore entity is the principal contracting party for all engagements.
We act as your travel advisor and booking agent, arranging accommodation, transfers, and related services with resort properties, transfer operators, and airlines on your behalf.
The accommodation and travel contract is between you and the supplier. OV Holidays is your advisor and intermediary — accountable to you throughout.
Booking and Payment
Your voyage is confirmed when OV receives your deposit as specified in your voyage proposal. The standard deposit is USD 1,000, or as stated in your proposal for specific properties or seasons.
The balance is due according to the season of your arrival:

Payment methods are confirmed during the booking process. Prices are subject to availability and may be re-confirmed if rates change before your deposit is received.
Cancellation and Amendment
The moment OV confirms your voyage, we make real commitments to resort properties and suppliers on your behalf. These terms reflect those commitments — they are not penalties, they are the structure that allows us to hold space, rates, and specific arrangements for you.
Your Travel Advisor will confirm the conditions applicable to your specific property before you commit. Some resorts apply stricter terms than the defaults below.
Low / Shoulder Season (May–September)
- 45 or more days before arrival: Amendment or cancellation fee of one night's stay or USD 300, whichever is higher, plus any bank or processing charges
- 44 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of total voyage cost — non-refundable
High / Peak Season (October–November, February–April)
- 60 or more days before arrival: Amendment or cancellation fee of one night's stay or USD 300, whichever is higher, plus any bank or processing charges
- 59 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of total voyage cost — non-refundable
Festive Season (December–January)
- 120 or more days before arrival: Amendment or cancellation fee of one night's stay or USD 300, whichever is higher, plus any bank or processing charges
- 119 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of total voyage cost — non-refundable
Amendments are managed through your Travel Advisor, subject to supplier availability. These conditions apply consistently across all bookings.
Travel Insurance
A voyage of this kind — the investment, the logistics, the distances — requires comprehensive cover. We consider it part of our responsibility to you to say so clearly.
Before confirming any voyage, ensure you hold insurance that covers trip cancellation and curtailment, emergency medical treatment, evacuation, and personal liability. If you are uncertain what level of cover is appropriate, your Travel Advisor can help you understand what to ask your insurer.
OV Holidays does not provide travel insurance.
OV Holidays Responsibilities
OV Holidays is your advisor and booking agent. We arrange services with third-party suppliers — resort properties, transfer operators, airlines — and we are accountable for the quality of that arrangement. We are not, however, responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers once services are underway.
If a supplier fails or disrupts your voyage, we will act immediately on your behalf — sourcing alternatives, communicating with the property, and doing what it takes to protect your experience.
Force Majeure
Neither OV Holidays nor its suppliers can accept liability for loss or expense arising from events beyond reasonable control — natural disaster, pandemic, political instability, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions. In the event of a force majeure disruption, your Travel Advisor will contact you without delay to assess options and act in your best interests within whatever is possible.
This is one more reason comprehensive travel insurance matters.

Voyage proposals, rate quotes, and availability are subject to final supplier confirmation at the time your deposit is received. Resort descriptions and photography — on our website and in proposals — represent properties as presented to us by the supplier. In our experience, the reality of these destinations exceeds what any photography can convey. OV Holidays makes no warranty beyond that.
Governing Law
OV Holidays Pte Ltd is incorporated in Singapore (ACRA). These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
